All Things Rick Ross Did for Weight Loss but he said he didn’t care: he took a joke like everyone else and he took it as a compliment. He was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in June of 2021 and found out the next day he had to have a blood test done to prove it. Two more blood tests were done after that and the results of the blood tests came back showing positive results for diabetes. In fact, three blood tests showed that Ross had Type 2 Diabetes.
At this point in his life, Ross had tried on several different diets and nothing seemed to work for long. He had lost weight in the past through eating healthy food and doing regular workouts, but nothing was really helping him lose the weight he wanted to lose. When the doctors told him that he had Type 2 Diabetes, he really didn’t know what to say. He knew he had been tested and the truth was out, but he didn’t have any answers for the question, ”Why did my test results show I had Type 2 Diabetes?”
So after much confusion and research, Ross decided to go on a six-week weight loss journey. On the first day, he ate a plant-based diet and during the next five days he did nothing but cardio workouts. The last day, Ross stayed away from all animal products and stuck to a fruit and vegetable diet. The results so far have been fantastic. As of the writing of this article, Ross is down to just over 300 pounds and has been able to accomplish this without having to cut any corners or go on any type of strict diet.
It’s tough to find a weight loss plan that will work for everybody because each person’s body is a little bit different. What works for some people may not work for you and vice versa.
