When Celine Dion spoke with Giles, the singer said that she has to control her own desire for food in order to remain thin and healthy. When asked if there was anything that she would change about her career if she could, Celine Dion responded with, ”not really.” This statement seems to indicate that Celine Dion doesn’t think there are any bad habits that she could change in order to become a healthier and slimmer person.
Celine Dion was born in Alberta, Canada. The famous Canadian singer, performer, and actress revealed to CNN that she does not eat red meat, fish and poultry as much as some of her fans do. Instead, she eats fish, avocados, cheese, nuts, broccoli, and other foods from all different parts of the world. While Celine Dion seems to be a vegetarian and vegan, she also admitted to occasionally consuming beef and chicken as well. The Canadian singer has four children, all of which are girls.
When Celine Dion was younger, she was always very skinny and thought that she was the only female artist in her day that was. She was a superb ballerina, but according to her mother, Celine was always skinny and was even teased at for being so. Celine did, however, learn how to dance at the age of 14 when she took dance lessons with her mother. Celine began working hard to get back into shape after her mother died when she was twenty years old. It was a slow process, but Celine did manage to slim down to a size six, which is close to what she was used to when she was a ballerina.
Celine Dion is currently following a gluten free diet after learning that it is important to stick to a diet in order to maintain weight loss. The famous singer revealed to CNN’s Paulapez that she has been following the gluten-free diet for the past year. Celine Dion has also been treated with cancer cells and is undergoing chemotherapy, which she hopes will lead to a smaller body shape. Celine Dion was married to husband Eric Johnson before he died in a car crash last December. She said that the crash was extremely painful, but that she has lost ten pounds since then.
Celine Dion is not the first celebrity to suffer from a weight problem, and she is not the first to use a self-help eating disorder diet plan to slim down. But, if Celine can do it, so can you.
